Terms and Conditions

1. All gowns are produced on a made to measure basis, and therefore are non refundable.

2. Customers will receive a partial refund consisting of 90% of the total gown cost, if the order is cancelled before commencement of the gowns production.

3. All other products purchased from Joanna Bridal may be returned for a full refund or exchange, upon production of original receipt, and providing the product is returned unused, and within 7 days.

4. Joanna Bridal accepts no liability for losses incurred arising from late or non-delivery (of gowns or other items purchased), by the postal service.

5. A statutory 2% charge is applicable to all credit card transactions, this does not apply to debit cards.

6. Upon completion of a gown order, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% is payable upon delivery of the gown.

7. Any gown alterations that are required (due to a fluctuation in dress size) will be undertaken with the customer’s agreement, and at their expense.

8. Joanna Bridal cannot always guarantee the availability of products listed.
